Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with actual technology of inflecting and punching steel supporting frames in company KOVONA SYSTEM, a.s. Critical spots were found on punching unit and alternative construction of this unit was proposed. Aplication of this upgrade leads to increasing of piercing punches lifetime and quality improvement of piercing surface. For new construction of punching unit was proposed piercing punch wich has a diferent geometry of piercing part, compared to the former solution. Frame economical evaluation of proposed technology -piercing of steel supporting frames of chairs was made in this thesis.
