Abstract

Thesis is deal with using statistic methods during the production of heat engineering. At the begining is describe seven basic statictic methods which are the tools for analysing of processes. After that is made analyse of production processes and focus on processes which most affect cost of poor quality. For these processes was proposed preventive actions.

Conclusion of thesis deal evaluation of made accepted steps, compare od processes before and after change. It was accepted systematic actions, implementation of control plan, releasing of internal instruction and better specification of work in input and production inspection departement and traning of operators
