Hodnocení motivačního systému podniku

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with problems of the current incentive system in the company TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING a.s. The aim is to evaluate this motivational system, to propose and recommend possible improvements by using a questionnaire survey of employees and SWOT analysis.

This thesis is divided into four parts. The first theoretical part is processed on the basis of bibliography and there is a description of an issue related to the motivation of employees, such as a motivation, work motivation, motivation process, incentives, disincentives, motivation approaches, exploring its options and more. In the second part there is characterized the TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING a.s., where it is the specific description of the business, mission and vision, organizational structure, and many others. The third section focuses on the analysis of the current motivational system of the company through the questionnaire survey, its evaluation and development of the SWOT analysis. Suggestions and recommendations that result from these analyzes are included in the fourth part of this work.
