Abstract
This thesis deals with the welding of steel bridge construction steel S355. This steel structure bridge is closed and the circuit consists of a deck, the lower belt and the two outer walls, the interior design is reinforced in the longitudinal direction of the two main beams and trapezoidal stiffeners, in the transverse direction, there are bars and diagonals. Thickness deck plate is 14 mm., Thickness of walls and the lower band is 10 mm. This design has a length of 116 m. and width 30m. Due to excessive size for transportation construction will be divided into fifth longitudinal and 5 cross-links into smaller parts to be welded. On assembly welds were prepared reports on the progress of welding and welds were subjected to destructive and non-destructive testing.The results of destructive and nondestructive tests were satisfactory.
