Motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of motivation and rewarding in company Mary Kay a.s., whose field of business is producing and selling cosmetics. The first part of the thesis decsribes the theoretical methods and theories of motivation and rewarding. For example Maslow's hierarchy of Needs or system of rewarding. In the second part there are theoretical knowledge used in practice. On the basis of created questionnaire there is assessed satisfaction with motivation and rewarding system in the company.
