Abstract
Marketing analysis of hypermarket Interspar in Ostrava – Dubina was done in this thesis. Based on this analysis was done the questionnaire and marketing research leads to findings of customers needs and behaviour. Based on analysis results the CRM base principles for customer management system were proposed and provided to the management of company.
