Zhodnocení systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the employees' remuneration system and motivation in a selected company. After analyzing the current state of reward and motivation, proposals and recommendations for improvement are suggested, with the main emphasis placed on employee benefits and non-financial rewards. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part explains the issues of employee motivation, its significance, and the most well-known theories. Furthermore, it describes employees' reward systems and benefits. The practical part begins with a characterization of the selected company, followed by an analysis of the current state of the employees' remuneration system and motivation through a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the survey, proposals and recommendations for improvement are formulated. A sample questionnaire used in the research is included in the appendices.
