Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the Remuneration and motivation system of employees in chosen company. This company is a limited liability company innogy Zákaznické služby. The analysis of the remuneration and motivation system is carried out in the contact centre sector. The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to perform the analysis of remuneration and motivation of the employees of the selected sector and to determine, whether are employees satisfied with the current state of the system. Next objective is to reveal these shortcomings and propose a solution, which will remove them. The thesis is divided into three main parts – the part describing the theoretical and methodological basis, part describing the characteristics of the chosen company and the practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis explains concepts such as motivation, stimulation, remuneration, wage, employee benefits. Furthermore, the issue of work in call centres is revealed – their purpose, organizational structure and others. The theoretical part also describes methods that are used in the practical part. The second part characterizes innogy Zákaznické služby and its individual sections. It is closely focused on contact centre section. The last part is about the analysis. The results obtained during the research survey by the observation method and the questionnaire survey method, are described. At the end of this section, the shortcomings are identified and the proposed measures to address these deficiencies are revealed.
