Strategická analýza podniku v elektrotechnickém sektoru

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to the strategic analysis of a company operating in the electric sector, specializing in the development and production of microprocessor control systems for mining machinery. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part outlines the fundamental principles of strategic management and introduces selected methods for analyzing the business environment, specifically PESTEL analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, VRIO analysis, and SWOT analysis. In the practical part, these methods are applied to the selected company. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the company’s strategic position and propose recommendations for improving its strategic management. The secondary objective is to identify key factors that hinder its effective implementation.
