Analýza rozpočtového hospodaření vyšších územních samosprávných celků

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis deals with the evaluation of the management of regions in the Czech Republic with the exception of the region of the capital city of Prague in the period from 2017 to 2019.In addition to a comprehensive analysis, the thesis also includes the analysis of the income side of the budget and an analysis of the expenditure side of the budget. The content of the thesis is also a general description of the budget process, individual types of income and expenditure or the definition of basic characteristics of individual regions.
