dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření krajů v ČR vyjma kraje hlavní město Praha v období 2017 až 2019. V práci je obsažena kromě komplexní analýzy i samostatně analýza příjmové stránky rozpočtu a analýza výdajové stránky rozpočtu. Obsahem práce je také obecný popis rozpočtového procesu, jednotlivých druhů příjmů a výdajů nebo definice základních charakteristických rysů jednotlivých krajů.cs
dc.description.abstractThe Diploma Thesis deals with the evaluation of the management of regions in the Czech Republic with the exception of the region of the capital city of Prague in the period from 2017 to 2019.In addition to a comprehensive analysis, the thesis also includes the analysis of the income side of the budget and an analysis of the expenditure side of the budget. The content of the thesis is also a general description of the budget process, individual types of income and expenditure or the definition of basic characteristics of individual regions.en
