Manipulátor pro vertikální vychlazovací komoru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a manipulator with a tentacle for removing and transferring hot rods from a cooling chamber. The introduction of the thesis includes a research of handling agents available on the market and an analysis of objects resulting in requirements for the design of the effector. After evaluating the current situation, solution options are proposed based on the assignment of the thesis. Out of the proposed options, one was selected and is further elaborated in detail. The selected solution is supplemented with calculations and analyses for selected parts and machine groups. In addition, a 3D model and drawing documentation created in the CATIA V5-6R2019 software has been elaborated for the manipulator.
