Abstract

Provedení strategické analýzy a návrh strategie vybraného podniku. Cílem práce je rozebrání teorie o strategickém řízení firmy a její následné aplikování na firmu. Díky této analýze by podnik měl schopen vidět své silné i slabé stránky. A rozhodnout se na tomto základě kam povedou jeho další cíle, jak krátkodobé, tak dlouhodobé. Díky těmto cílům by společnosti měla být dosáhnout trvalé konkurenční výhody.
