Abstract
Bachelor´s thesis deals with the process of acquiring remote pilot licence for organization which are occupied with training or commercial use. In the first chapter international legislation is described and national legislation is further analysed. Second chapter describe the process of acquiring remote pilot licence. This chapter follow the description of the process of getting licence to use aerial unmanned systems commercially.
