Řešení problematiky skladování ve státní sféře

Abstract

Bachelor thesis addresses the issues of storage in the state sector in the organizational unit of the Army of the Czech Republic. The main objective of this work is to analyze the current situation in terms of assortment and inventory, identification of problems and shortcomings, propose solutions to the storage system and the benefits of this solution into practice. In the theoretical section explains the concepts of storage, supply, species inventory and ordering systems. The practical part focuses on the analysis of a range of stocks in a particular stock holding. Based on this analysis, it is proposed to use storage capacity of fuels and lubricants, system design and to improve the supply of storage in multiple areas.
