Abstract
The thesis deals with the issue of age management in the context of current demographic trends in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to Investigate the Application of Age Management in a Selected Organization. The thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focused on defining the issue of age management and other related concepts. In the practical part, an analysis of age management was conducted based on interviews with the HR director, a questionnaire survey of employees, and an analysis of internal documents. The survey results indicated that age management is implemented at a high level in the organization, but several suggestions for improvement were developed. These include proposals for introducing sick days, shortening the working week, implementing reverse mentoring, and addressing the high turnover of workers.
