Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is a concept of employee appraisal in chosen company, Digis, s.r.o., upon the analysse of the present situation. The teoretic part of the thesis sumarizes principles of appraising employee performance, the methods, appraisal interview and basis for the concept of employee appraisal.The practical part is divided on analytical and application part. In analytical part is by the qualitative research technique captured actual situation in company. Application part focuses on making a concept of employee appraisal system, recommendation to implementation and performance appraisal form. The new appraisal system is possible to coordinate with the remuneration education and professional growth of employees.The conclusion summarizes objectives, results and recommendations of the diploma thesis.
