Analýza fluktuace zaměstnanců v IT společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the fluctuation on a selected sample of employees in a company that did not allow its name. Based on the obtained results, measures are proposed that will lead to the reduction of this phenomenon. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the basic concepts and understanding the issue of fluctuation. It focuses on human resources, the concept of turnover, personnel activities related to turnover, the measurement of its rate, the costs associated with it and last, but not least, the stabilization of employees. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the organization, analysis, evaluation of fluctuations and design of measures to reduce the value of this indicator.
