Komparativní analýza přístupů k náboru a adaptaci zaměstnanců v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on a comparative analysis of approaches to employee recruitment and adaptation in the automotive industry, specifically in Škoda Auto and BMW Group. To achieve the aim of the thesis, content analysis of publicly available documents and materials, a modified Balanced Scorecard method, comparative analysis, and supplementary benchmarking were used. Based on the conducted analysis, it was found that both companies apply developed approaches to employee recruitment and adaptation, although these approaches differ in several respects. The differences were identified mainly in recruitment communication, the formulation of candidate requirements, entry paths for applicants, and the overall concept of adaptation approaches. The results also showed that traditional and innovative approaches increasingly overlap in the contemporary automotive industry.
