Modifikace polymerního zásobníku laboratorního Nanospideru

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the design and construction of a new polymer cartridge for the laboratory Nanospider. The aim of the thesis is to enable the rotation of the disk-shaped electrode and to design a new polymer cartridge that would reduce the required amount of polymer solution. In the introduction of the thesis, the physical principle of electrospinning is explained, including a detailed description of the different methods of nanofiber production. In the experimental section, the design of the existing cylindrical electrode cartridge and laboratory machine is discussed. Based on the information found, a detailed description of the design of the new polymer cartridge is then discussed. After presenting the complete design, a description of the construction follows, where 3D printing plays a major role.
