Měření spokojenosti klientů zdravotních pojišťoven

Abstract

This thesis compares the satisfaction of clients of health insurance companies in the Czech Republic using two methods of measurement - the NPS method and the customer satisfaction survey. The goal of the thesis is to measure the satisfaction of clients of the Czech Republic health insurance companies and subsequently compare them with each other. The conclusion of the thesis contains recommendations for improving satisfaction and proposals for targeting services and promotions to specific client groups.
