Návrh zkušebního stavu pro zkoušení proporcionálních ventilů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zkušebního stavu proporcionálních rozváděčů a jejich diagnostikou. V úvodu práce je nastíněn přehled současného stavu řešené problematiky s konstrukčním popisem vyráběných zkušebních stavů. Dále je navržena základní koncepce zkušebního stavu včetně návrhu hydraulického obvodu a potřebných výpočtů s volbou vybraných hydraulických prvků. V další kapitole jsou popsány použité měřicí snímače, testovací signály a měřicí postupy jednotlivých druhů měření. V závěru práce je navržena konfigurace připojení měřeného rozváděče k měřicímu bloku a návrh dispozice zkušebního stavu.

Master Thesis is dealing with design of test stand of hydraulic proportional valves and their diagnostics. The Thesis introduction describes summary of present situation of solved issue with design description of produced test stands. Next the basic conception of test stand is designed including hydraulic circuit design and necessary calculations with choice of selected hydraulic components. In the next chapter there are described used measuring sensors, testing signals and measuring procedures of individual measurement types. At the end of the Thesis there is designed configuration of connection between measured valve and connecting block, and design of test stand disposition.
