Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction of selected industrial company. Research is done using the polling method. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the theory of marketing research and the company is presented. The practical part presents the progress and results of the conducted marketing research. Based on these, recommendations are proposed to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's position on the market.
