Abstract
This bachelor’s paper is focused on unconventional methods of cutting with special aim to cutting by high-speed abrasive water jet. Basic terms and cutting process are described in theoretical part. Machine used for cutting and single types of the jet or parameters influencing depth and quality of a kerf are described here. Practical usage of this method is also described. Focus in final part of the paper is in single correction systems, as Speed control according to material, Dynamic radius correction and Progressjet system. Practical part is based on creation of four samples from the same material but for each different or no correction system is used. Following quality and work measurement revealed the best quality sample was created by Progressjet.
