Návrh a ověření pracovní geometrie břitu VBD se zaměřením na její trvanlivost

Abstract

The master thesis is focused on the durability of VBC which is affected by different types of rounding cutting edge. The history and an assortment of the company Pramet tools s.r.o. are introduced at the beginning of this work. Consequently is described the selection of VBC and cutting material – sintered carbide. As next step are mentioned types of a wear. The objective of the Master Thesis is to identify the influence of each types of rounding cutting edge at the durability of the cutting tool. Eventually based on the obtained results is determined the most suitable rounding cutting edge and prepared the economic evaluation.
