Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of production system elements in BURNING TECHNOLOGY a.s. The goal of the work is to develop a rationalization study that includes the technological procedure of assembling the given product and the production background in the company. In the introduction to the thesis, basic knowledge about the measurement of working time, the corporate system of employee training and the 5S method are described. In next chapters, the analysis of the current production system in the company is comprehensively described. In the practical part, an extensive time study is carried out, from which the time subsidy for production is standardized. All achieved results were implemented in practice and their benefits are evaluated in the final chapters of the thesis. The solution brought the company a model for production planning and optimization of sub-elements of the production system.
