Verifikace výsledku simulace tváření s reálným procesem

Abstract

Master’s thesis deals with the verification of numerical simulation results of a forging process by comparison with a real manufacturing process. The aim of the thesis was to assess the degree of agreement between the simulation performed in the Simufact Forming software and the actual technological parameters of production. The subject of the study was a new type of forging manufactured using the so-called four-piece technology, representing the smallest forging produced to date in the monitored production facility of UNEX a.s. Olomouc. Based on the comparison of selected geometric parameters, it was found that the simulation results show good agreement with the real process, particularly in terms of the forging shape and die cavity filling. Minor deviations were observed, which may be related to differences between the idealized simulation conditions and the actual manufacturing process. The simulation thus appears to be a suitable tool for verifying technological procedures and for rapid analysis of the forming process prior to actual production.
