Výpočet účinnosti fluidního parního kotle nepřímou metodou dle ČSN 07 0302

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výpočtem účinnosti kotle dle ČSN 07 0302 nepřímou metodou. Jsou spočítány veškeré ztráty kotle, a ty jsou odečteny od 100%. V rešeršní části jsou rozepsány nejvýznamnější ztráty (hořlavinou ve spalinách, v tuhých zbytcích, fyzickým teplem spalin, fyzickým teplem tuhých zbytků a sdílením tepla do okolí). Ve výpočtové části byly provedeny veškeré výpočty podle normy ČSN 07 0302. Výpočet účinnosti byl proveden bez použití odsíření a poté s odstřením. Na závěr jsou porovnány výsledky s hodnotami určenými dle starší normy ČSN 07 0305.

This thesis deals with the calculation of boiler efficiency according to CSN 07 0302 using the indirect method. They counted all boiler losses, and these are subtracted from 100%. In search of the most significant losses are broken down (combustible matter in the exhaust gas in the solid residues, natural gas heat, natural warmth of solid residues and sharing to the environment). In the calculation of all the calculations were carried outaccording to CSN 07 0302. Efficiency calculation was performed without the use without desulphurization and then with desulphurization. In conclusion, the results are compared with values determined according to older standards CSN 07 0305.
