Abstract
The master thesis deals with the software support for course of signal processing.
One of the parts is description of the theoretical background of digital and analog filtres,
description the programming interface of MATLAB and filter design possibilities.
The main task is creation of application, which could be used on the university course of
signal processing. The application focuses on digital and analog filters design and their
basic characteristics. It is extended to include the possibility of discretization for analog
filters.
