Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with the project risk analysis. Introduction contains general characteristics of project management. Following parts describe a current state analysis in terms of project management in the organisation and implementation of Critical Path Method and methods for project risk analysis both on a specific example. Based on current state analysis, certain methodology was proposed to make project management within the organisation more efficient.
