Inovace pružinového jištění stroje Triton II

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a spring protection of machine TRITON II from OPaLL-AGRI company, which protects machine parts from overload if machine hit the obstacle. In the introduction of bachelor thesis is a search of variants of used machines for soil treatment. In bachelor thesis I evaluate the current condition of protection and state why this part of machine needs to be innovated. I perform an analysis of currently used design solutions, which be used for inspiration. After analysing the market, I designed my own design solution. Calculations of components were made to verify correct solution of design. The bachelor's thesis also includes a 3D model with drawing documentation.
