Racionalizace výrobního procesu

Abstract

In the bachelor thesis is designed to analyze the production process of a particular company, engaged in manufacturing metal work, namely the production of stainless steel drainage channels in shower enclosures. The goal of the bachelor thesis is finding the weak points of the production system and the subsequent rationalization of production, which will streamline production. After a theoretical introduction to the solved problem is described analysis of the current state of the process. The following chapters are designed appropriate options for improvement and their overall evaluation.
