Srovnání vypořádání společného jmění manželů v ČR a Rusku s ohledem na podnikání manželů

Abstract

This thesis is focused on differences in settlement of common property of spouses by Czech and Russian law. Thesis looks on this problem from the business perspective. The biggest differences related with settlement of common property are related to source of legislation, responsibility for liabilities, modification of the common property of spouses, interpretation of the clauses in the different methods of settlement of common property and issues related to business. Definition of common property of spouses, assets which is included and which is not included in common property and methods of valu-ation of assets are almost identical for both of countries.
