Aplikace metod technické diagnostiky na hydraulických agregátech slévárny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá použitím metod technické diagnostiky na zařízeních slévárny. V práci jsou nejdříve popsány postupy výroby minerálních olejů. Práce obsahuje popis jednotlivých druhů hydraulických olejů. V práci je popis vlastností, který by měl mít hydraulický olej a také jaké může mít následky, když o tyto vlastnosti ztratí. V další části jsou popsány stroje a zařízení na slévárně na kterých bylo provedeno měření metodami technické diagnostiky, včetně soupisu naměřených výsledků a doporučení pro další údržbářské postupy.

Master thesis deals with using of methods of technical diagnostic on the device of foundry. In thesis are at first describing the processes of production of mineral oils. The thesis contains a description individual types of hydraulic oils. In the thesis is a description of the properties that hydraulic oil should have and also what consequences it can have when it loses its properties. In the next part there are described machines and devices of the foundry on which measurements were made by the methods of technical diagnostics, including an inventory of measured results and recommendations for further maintenance procedures.
