Návrh zařízení pro sledování hladiny paliva v podavači do kroužkového mlýna

Abstract

The bachelor thesis looks into the design of mechanical device for the monitoring of the fuel level in the case of feeder of raw coal, located in power plant Dětmarovice. The first part of my thesis is brief description of the boilers of Dětmarovice power plant, ranging from the boiler room to the boiler PG 650 t.h-1. Second part describes particular devices of the mill, ranging from raw coal buffer and coal mill to the coal burners. The design part is dividend into two parts. The first part is description and evaluation of the current PSU case in the mechanical fuel monitoring system. The second part consists of the description of the device I suggested. At the end I suggested other possibilities of fuel level monitoring and then evaluated the benefits of the device. Enclosed is the technical documentation of the device.
