Abstract
The aim of the thesis is the optimization of Warehouse Management of Metallurgical Material in the company ROSTRA Ltd. At the beginning of the thesis basic terminology and theory is described. The main goal of the thesis is to propose possible solutions, designed to improve the metallurgical material warehouse management in the company ROSTRA Ltd. Based on the analysis of the current situation five optimization solutions were designed. In the final part of the thesis assumed benefits of suggested solutions were described.
