Abstract

Diploma Thesis Remuneration System and informal Evaluation in Organization aims to make proposals and recommendations to improve the current situation with remuneration system and informal evaluation. The questionnaire survey focused on awareness, fairness and satisfaction with remuneration system, the importance and satisfaction with the various tangible and intangible rewards, satisfaction with work content, relationships in the workplace and informal evaluation. The text is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical section are presented the theoretical basis. In the application section was analyzed questionnaire survey conducted in ArcelorMittal a.s. Finally the included concrete proposals and recommendations that are of practical benefit to the company's management and should lead in particular to improve communication and information, which should lead to an improvement in other areas.
