Měření rovnoběžnosti válců papírenského stroje pomocí laseru.

Abstract

In first part of this master thesis I tried to make readers acquainted with machine alignment basics especially with measurement of parallelism, straightness and flatness. This theoretical knowledge was then applied in measurement on the model in the DIF s.r.o. company. I measured parallelism, straightness and then I made evaluation of the condition of the model. Last part of of this master thesis is about measurement of the paper machine rewinder KANT. This machine is composed from several rolls and I measured parallelism on six of them and straightness on four of them. After measurement I found that the machine is in good condition according criteria given by DIF s.r.o and there is no need to align or grind the rolls
