Návrh technologie obrábění přesných děr

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem technologie na výrobu přesných děr. V úvodu práce jsou obecně popsány parametry, které ovlivňující drsnost obráběného povrchu a řezné materiály. Druhá část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na návrh a výsledky experimentů, které vedou k požadovaným výsledkům. Závěr práce zhodnocuje ekonomické i technologické výsledky s návrhem aplikace do výroby.

The Bachelor's thesis deals with a proposition of technology of precise holes production. In the introduction, the parametres, which influence roughness of the machined surface, and cutting materials are described in a general way. The second part of the thesis focuses on the design and results of the experiments, which lead to the required outcome. The conclusion evaluates economical and technological results with the proposition of application into production.
