Abstract

Thesis is about technical construction of pellet mill for granule (pellet) production. In introduction are some technical details about other pellet mill, and technical principle of pellet creation is described, include amount of production in ČR. Next part critical nodes are checked for load 5,5 kW as bearing life, preloading screw, hopper. With this information I have design optimal solution with flat fix dye, and turning roller. I try design simplest solution with minimum maintenance.
