Optimalizace konstrukce křídla vstupních dveří pro kolejové vozidlo

Abstract

Master thesis deals with the strength calculation of the door system for regional rail transport and the subsequent optimization of the door leaf frame in order to reduce the weight. The theoretical part presents the topics that are necessary to know for the calculation of the door system. In the first phase of the practical part, I deal in detail with the definition of simulation conditions and load cases. In the second phase, the deformations and individual stresses of the door system at the most load cases are calculated. The results are presented in detail for each potentially critical place of the door system and verified by a strength test. Based on the results and topological optimization, a total of five iterations of the optimized door frame were designed, while the last iteration meets the criteria specified by the client by reducing the weight of the door frame by 20 % and withstanding all load conditions.
