Stanovení krizového profilu vybraného podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vzniku krize v podniku a procesu krizového řízení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V části první jsou popisovány základní teoretická východiska týkající se vzniku krize, určení jejich druhů a fází a vyjmenovány kroky krizového řízení k úspěšnému překonání krize nebo alespoň snížení jejich potenciálních destruktivních účinků. První část dále definuje riziko a popisuje možné metody jeho eliminace popřípadě odstranění. Část praktická se zaměřuje na analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího postředí. K této analýze je využito Porterovy metody pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýzy a analýzy SWOT. Na základě těchto modelů jsou identifikována možná rizika ohrožení podniku a provedena jejich analýza ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu, prostřednictvím součtové matice rizika a Jednoduché bodové metody.

This thesis deals with the crisis in the company and the crisis management process. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is dealing with the description of basic theoretical background concerning the origins of the crisis, the determination of its kinds and phases, and the steps of crisis management, which recommend how to successfully overcome the crisis, or at least reduce their potential destructive effects. The first part also includes the definition and description of possible methods of its elimination or removal. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the internal and external environment. Porter´ s five competitive forces, financial analysis and SWOT analysis were used for this analysis. Based on these models possible risks to the company are identified and also their analysis was performed in a selected business entity through the cumulative risk matrix method and a Single spot method.
