Implementace nástrojů pro podporu QoS na směrovačích MikroTik

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem, realizací a testováním nástrojů pro podporu kvality služby (QoS) v počítačových sítích s využitím směrovačů MikroTik a jejich srovnáním s platformou Cisco. Teoretická část popisuje základní parametry QoS, modely implementace a mechanismy, jako jsou klasifikace a značkování provozu, řízení front, tvarování a omezování provozu a prevence zahlcení. Praktická část se věnuje návrhu laboratorní topologie a implementaci vybraných QoS scénářů na obou platformách včetně jejich vzájemné kompatibility.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design, implementation, and testing of Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms in computer networks using MikroTik routers and their comparison with the Cisco platform. The theoretical part describes fundamental QoS parameters, implementation models, and key mechanisms such as traffic classification and marking, queue management, traffic shaping and policing, and congestion avoidance. The practical part addresses the design of a laboratory topology and the implementation of selected QoS scenarios on both platforms, including verification of their mutual compatibility.
