Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the assessment of the employee trainig and development system in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyze company’s educational system in selected company and then based on the obtained results propose the company eventual recommendations that will make this system more effective. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of education and development in the organization, what belongs to the areas of education, components of the learning process, human resources and methods of education in or outside the workplace, using professional publications. The practical part of the thesis contains an analysis of the system education and development in the organization using a questionnaires survey and based on its results, the company is presented with proposals like how to streamline their system.
