Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with design scheme of Tree transplanter’s mechanical part. Upper dimensions of dug out root ball are 1,3 x 1,3m, depth of digging is 1,1m, maximal diameter of replanted tree’s log is 12cm. Transplanters that are available on the market are compared in the introduction. Based on the comparisons of individual devices, similar device is designed. Transplanter is constructed to be hinged on three-point hinge of tractor. Device is operated by hydraulic circuit that is connected to tractor’s hydraulic circuit. This thesis contains entire design of said device, including documentation of computations. Frame’s rigidness control is done using rigidness analysis. Drawing documentation of chosen parts is in the enclosure of the bachelor thesis.
