Abstract
My bachelor work I processed in restaurant called Jadran. In this restaurant was common that the staffs was changing in short period. That was reason why I have for object this problem stabilization and decrease in of the number of leaving the staffs.
The preambule I devoted to teoretical solution of problems and I want to intorduce you the organization.
In the practical part I was doing analysis leaving of the staffs and I evaluate partial standard dialogue. Where I especially localized on satisfaction and discontent of the staffs.
In fine I gave to the head of the organization some tips and recommendations which can help of stabilization and decrease in of the number of leaving the staffs.
