Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of nonconforming product control in the production of ice axes at Singing Rock, s.r.o. The thesis includes an analysis of the current nonconformity control process and an analysis of the causes of the most serious nonconformities. Subsequently, the work provides a catalogue of defects and suggests corrective measures for selected nonconformities, including an assessment of the return on investment of the proposed measures.
