Racionalizace procesu řízení ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je racionalizácia procesu riadenia v podniku VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA a.s.. V teoretickej časti je vysvetlená charakteristika riadenia, pojem norma a informačná základňa. Sú tu stručne definované pojmy technická príprava výroby, normy spotreby času a racionalizácia. V ďalších kapitolách je vykonaný popisu a analýza aktuálneho stavu procesu riadenia podniku. V týchto častiach je popísaný profil spoločnosti, proces získavania zákazky a charakteristika riadenie. Záver je zameraný na návrh riešení a celkové zhodnotenie práce.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is rationalization process management in the company VITKOVICE MECHANIKA a.s.. In the teoretical part is explain the characteristic of management, term standard and information base. There are briefly defined terms like technical preparation of production, consumption standards of the time and rationalization. In other chapters, the assesment and analysis of the current state process management of the company is performed. In this parts is described company profile, process of obtaining the contract and characteristics of management. The conclusion si focused on the solution design and the overall evaluation of thesis.
