Výběr vhodných vozidel pro obnovu automobilového parku firmy

Abstract

The Bachelor´s work deals with choosing the right vehicles for renew of company´s vehicle fleet. The company Prestar, s.r.o. owns 7 vehicles. In the beginning I briefly describe the company and its present vehicles fleet. Next the criteria and requests will be set for each chosen vehicle. Then the evaluating of present vehicle fleet will be implemented thanks to the method of exponential trends. After that the bachelor work will continue with searching suitable alternative instead of present vehicles with using multicriteria decisional analysis and I will focuse on technical and economic evaluating of these alternatives as well.
