Návrh opracování nosného kotouče

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is about a design of carrier disc machining. My goal is to propose a proper method of manufacturing, while I am going to be choosing between turning and milling technology. Next, I will propose a form of inspection of conicity of the hole during the production. In the introduction the material of the part will be assigned to a material group based on its type of material. The topic of stainless steels and materials for machining tools is also going to be covered. In the next chapter there is going to be proposed manufacturing process of the assigned part and process of inspection of the conical hole. The last chapter is going to be technically – economical evaluation and choice of proper manufacturing method.
